FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3 pm EST are typically shipped the same day. Orders received after this time will ship the following business day. Exceptions to this are laser-engraved products, custom Cerakote orders, and items on backorder. Please note that carrier pickups can vary, so, oftentimes, while you may receive a tracking number soon after placing an order, there may be a delay between shipment and being physically picked up by the carrier. During this time, your tracking info may not include an estimated delivery date.
You should receive an email containing your receipt upon ordering. You can also view your orders on your account page.
Tomkat Armory strives to make purchasing and returning products as simple as possible. If you buy a product from us and decide you don’t need it, don’t want it, or just don’t like it, we’ll take it back any time with a few exceptions.
